I cannot say enough about how positive our experience at Beverly Bremer was. I first stopped in a month or so ago to start working towards a wedding registry. Kelly was so patient and helpful. She pulled pattern after pattern and piece after piece in order to help me narrow down to my favorite. She immediately picked up on my personal taste and helped eliminate patterns that would clearly not be my preference. Today, my fiancé and I went back to the store to make our final decision. Trenton worked with us to ensure that we absolutely love our choice, the registry process is very easy and the staff make terrific suggestions as you go.
Once we completed our registry, they presented us with the first piece of silver from our registry. They also presented copies of the historic catalogs for our pattern. They truly go above and beyond. I give them my highest recommendation.

I was picking up another purchase at one of their neighbours. I didn't quite pull all the way up. A fashionably dressed gentleman came out from the Silver Shop and asked me politely to pull all the way up. Only then I realized they sold silver.

Did you know back in the old days folks believed silver to be able to detect poison in food? Well since I had tea at a very fancy hotel where the Queen of England puts her future grand-daughter-in-law the night before her wedding I wanted a tea pot like the hotel had in their service.

7 years of search, no luck. So I said well, lets give this shop a chance. I walked in and Kelly greeted me and to my shock she said "yes, we have lots of silver tea pots!' She physically pulled down at least 20 samples. Joe the silver historian explained in detail each and every item. Knowledge and service made my shopping experience a delight. After 40 mins, I got thirsty looking at all those tea pots...water and of course a local sugary drink was served on silver platter.

It came down to two sets of tea pots one of American make the other of British manufacture. I couldn't decide...so I bought both.

THE place for all things sterling in Atlanta. The staff knows their business, is always helpful (example: I took a bunch of specialty serving pieces in and they patiently told me what every piece was for), and there is a amazing selection.

If you are put off by the cost of silver, you haven't looked at their "estate" selection. By the time the professional polisher has finished, you can't tell the difference between brand new and gently used, except by your receipt.

i have ordered online several times from Beverly Bremer. My silver is exactly as described (i buy the estate silver since it's a good value). it is beautifully polished and packaged. All my sterling business goes here.

Beverly Bremer has been a trusted resource for silver (and more) for Atlantans for years. A number of my wedding gifts were the more unusual ones from my silver pattern (anyone can generously get you a standard place setting but the neat pieces like a sugar shell are so nice to get!). Those are the kind of ones you'll find at Beverly Bremer, or have them track down for you if they don't have it in stock. They are an especially good resource for discontinued/older brands whose pieces aren't available at major stores or if you don't want to spend time tracking them down online.

Nice people work here, and they also buy sterling pieces you may no longer need.

Stellar customer service, selection, and prices. There are other dealers out there, but they can't match (among other things) the depth and breadth of knowledge of Beverly Bremer's staff. I have only been able to visit the bricks-and-mortar store once in the many years that I've been ordering from them, and what a great experience---like being fitted by an expert tailor. Thank goodness for such people in our stainless-steel world.

BAD BAD BAD. They will take your credit card information and just cancel your order due to unavailability. Inventory is reduculosly out of control, very poor communication
