Next Generation Men & Women (Next Gen) is an Education Non-Profit that closes the opportunity gap for under-resourced high school students through exposure to college, career options and after-school support. Opportunity should not be determined by race, class or where a young person calls home. So, Next Gen builds a community of support for Atlanta youth to create a vision for the future and have resources in place to be successful after high school — college and career.
