Horizons Community Solutions is a non-profit organization that grew out of the highly successful Cancer Coalition of South Georgia. Its mission now encompasses broader community health, but Horizons continues to provide cancer prevention/risk reduction, screening and navigation, culturally appropriate education, community-based research, and access to desperately needed treatment.
